PT. Transjakarta Operational Director, Daud Joseph mentioned, Transjakarta bus passenger has significant increase each years. This increase is recorded since 2015 to 2017.

"According to PT. Transjakarta data, there are 102.8 million Transjakarta bus passengers in 2015. It increases by 20 percent in 2016 into 123.7 million people and also increased by 50 percent in 2017 or reaches 144.86 million people," he informed at City Hall, Tuesday (3/20).

Vina (30), one of Transjakarta bus passengers, mentioned to prefer Transjakarta bus because its facilities becomes better and more complete.

"Bus shelter and its facilities are nice. Its arrival is also faster than before. Current Transjakarta buses are safe and comfortable," she expressed.
