Grand Cempaka Hotel's Restaurant to Show Betawi Arts During Asian Games

The Grand Cempaka Hotel's restaurant located on Jalan Letjen Suprapto, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta will display Betawi arts performance in the upcoming Asian Games. It will be displayed for guests and delegates of the Asian Games who stay.

Eventually, in the restaurant, we will place various Betawi ornaments 

Hotel Grand Cempaka General Manager Assistant, Urat Mauritzio stated, it is one of his efforts to introduce Betawi cultural and art to the foreign people, especially to the guests and delegates of the Asian Games.

"Eventually, in the restaurant, we will place various Betawi ornaments such as small ondel-ondel, Betawi batik and other Betawi ornaments," he expressed, Thursday (3/22).

Asian Games Banners Spread to 44 Sub-districts

He explained, one of the entertainments that will be displayed is Gambang Kromong. To conduct it, his party will cooperate with Betawi Consultative Body (Bamus).

"Hopefully it can be displayed in front of the restaurant visitors," he stated.
