This Year, Eight Urban Village Offices in E. Jakarta will Be Renovated

This year, eight Urban Village offices in East Jakarta will be renovated. Currently East Jakarta Government is still preparing its auction process.

East Jakarta Governance Division Head, Dewi Purnamasari said, medium renovation will be done in Ceger, Dukuh, and Pinang Ranti Urban Village offices while total renovation will be done in Balekambang, Balimester, Kampung Melayu, Kayu Manis, and Pondok Ranggon Urban Village offices.

"Asset deletion auction has been done and we will continue for construction auction. Five urban village offices that will be totally renovated also have been moved to rented places," she explained, Monday (3/26).

According to her, construction is targeted to finish in one budget year.

"We plan to start it in May because there are some documents that needs to be fixed. The new building will have 3-4 floors depending on its land area," she informed.

Meanwhile, East Jakarta Planning Sub-agency Head, Hartati added, there are various budget for each building renovations. For example, budget for Balekambang Urban Village Office construction is Rp 8.2 billion, Balimester is Rp 9.3 billion, Kampung Melayu is Rp 8.1 billion, Kayu Manis is Rp 8.083 billion, and Pondok Ranggon is Rp 10.5 billion.

"Then, medium renovation budget for Ceger Urban Village is around Rp 758 million, Dukuh is Rp 1.015 billion, and Pinang ranti is Rp 721 million," she said.
