Firm Action Keeps Being Intensified to Illegal Entertainment Venues

Jakarta Provincial Government continues to take firm action against entertainment venues that break the rules.

There are six types of TDUP permits revoked from the company

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan expressed, according to Gubernatorial Regulation No. 18/208 on Tourism Business and Bylaw No. 6/2015 on Tourism, the Jakarta Provincial Government has revoked the tourism business certification (TDUP) belongs to one entertainment business at Jalan RE Martadinata, Pademangan, Jakarta North.

"There are six types of TDUP permits revoked from the company," he asserted, at City Hall, Tuesday (3/27).

He added, the city has given a deadline about 5x24 hours since March 23, 2018 that aims the company to close down their operation of six types of business in accordance with TDUP that was revoked its license.

"It must be obeyed. Hopefully we no longer find the same case in other entertainment venues," he stated.
