Council Urges OK OCE Training to Be Developed in School

City Council urges Jakarta Provincial Government to invite students from vocational schools (SMK), including private and public high schools (SMA) to join in OK OCE training program.

If needed, OK OCE should be not only given to sub-district level, but also to school level

It is considered need to be done thus SMK students in Jakarta can get income from their own business.

Council Encourages Education Quality Improvement in RPJMD 2017-2022

City Council's Commission B Member, Syarifuddin said, OK OCE program's target should be expanded to school level, especially SMK. Thus students could get assistance and coaching in early age related to entrepreneurship.

"If needed, OK OCE should not only be given to sub-district level, but also to school level," he stated at City Council Building, Monday (4/16).

Similar thing was also mentioned by another Member of Commission B, Endah Setia Dewi Pradjoko. According to her, OK OCE in school level can reduce unemployment number in Jakarta.

"We hope OK OCE can be introduced to students thus they can build one vision and mission in entrepreneurship. No more unemployment in Jakarta," she stated.
