Residential with TOD Concept will Be Made in Lebak Bulus

Eventually one tower will be used for residential and two towers will be used as an office

PD Pembangunan Saranan Jaya will develop a residential with transit oriented development (TOD) concept or integrated with public transportation facilities at Jalan Haji Ilyas, RT 09/07, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.

PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director, Yoory C Pinontoan stated it will be developed on a 2-hectares and will be made into three towers.

"Eventually one tower will be used for residential and two towers will be used as an office," she expressed, Monday (4/23).

He explained, purpose of this development is to facilitate people who want to have a residence with TOD concept in South Jakarta

Further, the development that spends Rp 1.9 trillion will be completed with park and ride facilities. Thus far it has entered planning stage and licensing process.

"It will start to be developed by the end of this year and will be complete within four years," he stated.
