Ancol Citizens Conduct Communal Work in Ancol

North Jakarta Administration, held communal work in the citizen residential, RW 04, Ancol Urban Village, Pademangan. It was participated by 150 joint personnel assisted by 200 locals.

North Jakarta Mayor, Husein Murad said it was a series of campaign to invite and increase awareness of citizens to maintain environmental cleanliness.

"Thanks Mr. RW and locals who always maintain the cleanliness. The cleanliness won't be made without support of citizens," he stated, Sunday (5/6).

Communal Work Held in Lima Sabang Village

All this time, his side had deployed personnel of PPSU, UPK, Water Agency and Environment Sub-dept. Yet, it was ensured the environment will not be clean if the citizens do not participate maintain.

This work affirms to the citizens that the government and community leaders have set an example. By so, it would create the awareness of citizen to maintaim cleanliness every day.

"This is not because of the governor, mayor, sub-district head and urban village head. But it is because we want our place clean," he said.
