We will revitalize Griya Cik's in this year and build it into hostel named Cik's Mansion
PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Director, Yoory C. Pinontoan said, his side will revitalize Griya Cik's on Jl. Cilacap Raya, Cikini, Central Jakarta, this year.
Griya Cik's is planned to be revitalized into hostel and named as Cik's Mansion. This hostel will have eight floors and one basement. Revitalization is targeted to start from September 2018 to 2019.

He explained, that hostel will be built with Art Deco architecture concept with total 77 rooms. Other provided facilities are vertical parking lots, ATM gallery, and others. It provides room with full furniture, bathroom and kitchen.
Rooms will be built in three types, those are 14 Studio A units with 30.2-31.7 square meters wide; 42 units of Studio B with 24.2-26.9 square meters wide; and 21 units of Studio C with 22-22.8 square meters wide.
"This project is built above 1,263 square meters land," he explained.
His side allocates around Rp 40 billion for the construction. Hostel's room will be rented from Rp 6-8 million per day.
"We build it to strengthen company's income," he conveyed.
