Kebon Kosong Urban Village Decorated with Asian Games Mural

Along 500-meter Landfill disposal site (LPS)'s wall located on the roadside of Jalan Landasan Pacu, RW 09, Kebon Kosong Urban Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, is decorated with mural to welcome Asian Games 2018.

To design it, we invite several mural communities and assisted by youths from our urban village

"We decorate it with Asian Games themed mural to enliven the event," conveyed Samsul Ma'arif, Kebon Kosong Urban Village Head, Monday (7/9).

Not only mural writing, but this wall is also decorated with picture of various sports in Asian Games. Hundreds wall paint and spray paint cans are given from paint company through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. It is transported to Kemayoran Sub-district since yesterday morning and immediately used to paint mural until today.

"To design it, we invite several mural communities and assisted by youths from our urban village," he added.

He explained, his side is not targeting for its completion time to make sure it is done beautifully and the result will be optimized. This wall can also be seen directly from Wisma Atlet Kemayoran.
