Water Channels in Panggang Island Repaired

Seribu Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept. repairs water channels located in three RWs of Panggang Island, North of Seribu Islands. It also dredges channels which is fulfilled with mud sedimentation to increase its capacity.
"It is a routine maintenance. 15 personnel are deployed for this repair," mentioned Ahmad Saiful, Seribu Islands SDA Sub-dept. Head, Tuesday (7/10).
Repair on Jl. Dermaga Water Channel Targeted to Finish Next WeekAccording to him, his side disassembles driveway above water channels, cleans trash on channel, and dredges sedimentation on channels. Beside those works, his personnel also make new channel because there is resident's house which foundation is above the channel.
"This maintenance is targeted to be done by the end of July. I hope RTs and RWs also monitor their residents who build a house," he stated.
