Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP) Dept. once again managed to win an award as the third best integrated service provider in investment award in 2018 from the investment coordinating board BKPM).

West Jakarta PTSP Goes To Mall Service Nominated in Top 99According to him, assessment of this award is taken from survey and qualification results towards 565 institutions of PTSP organizer at levels of provincials, district and city, free trade zone and free port (KPBPB), as well as economic zone (KEK) this year with with an assessment team consisting of 11 ministries/agencies.
They are Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Vice President Secretary, Home Ministry, Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry, Finance Ministry, Trade Ministry, Industry Ministry, National Development Planning Ministry/Bappenas, Development Finance Comptroller (BPKP), Regional Autonomy Watch (KPPOD) and Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
He claimed will continue to improve the performance of its staff, especially in the service sector to investors.
"It's because we are the face shown to investors when they will invest in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta," he said.
Meanwhile, BKPM Head, Thomas Trikasih Lembong said the assessment indicator is done once every two years by reviewing three aspects consisting of Human Resources (SDM), Facilities and Infrastructures, and Institutional or Apparatus Competency. Of the 565 agencies, few are able to achieve the highest-grade qualification.
"One of the things that can increase investment is service. Of 565 evaluated local PTSPs evaluated, six percent of them earned three stars or the highest rated qualification," he said.
