Vice Gov. Opens Workshop and Ticketing Training For Asian Games Volunteers

Volunteers took the initiative to register and understand how important the Asian Games event is

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno opens workshop and ticketing training for Asian Games XVIII volunteers.

884 volunteers will be deployed to handle ticketing in all Asian Games venues in Indonesia for the succession of Asian Games event. In Jakarta, there are 458 volunteers that will assist the event.

"Volunteers took the initiative to register and understand how important the Asian Games event is," he conveyed in front of workshop and training participants at a hotel in Central Jakarta, Monday (7/23).

Considering the volunteer's tagline which is "Mesra" stands for serve, synergy, smile, friendly, and safe, he is optimistic that Asian Games event will be a success

"Behalf of Jakarta Government, I convey my gratitude to INASGOC and all parties involved in this event," he said.

For information, Asian Games volunteer will start to work from August 1 to September 2, 2018. Some of them will be also work to assist Asian Para Games 2018 event.
