Odd-Even Policy Conducted Well in Kemayoran

Odd-even policy implementation runs conducive on Jl. Benyamin Sueb and Jl. HBR Motik, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (8/1). 

There are only nine vehicles ticketed from morning to afternoon

Joint personnel from Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) and Satlantas Polres Metro are already standby on the location from morning. But in afternoon, nine violators were ticketed.

Central Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Harlem Simanjuntak said, six personnel are deployed in each locations to assist police personnel on duty.

"There are only nine vehicles ticketed from morning to afternoon. It means our one-month socialization is effective," he conveyed.

He hopes, road users can obey odd-even policy which is implemented from 6 AM to 9 PM thus violation number can be minimized to support Asian Games event to run successfully.

"On the first day, it runs well and in orderly, violation number is a lso small," he stated.
