South Jakarta Satpol PP is ready to guard venue security and training ground for Asian Games athletes in South Jakarta.

South Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Ujang Harmawan admitted his personnel will be sent to guard public facilities around venues and training ground of athletes.

Asian Games Torch Relay Route will Be Monitored Intensively

"For security, we help guard in the third ring after army and police. We maintain security at public facilities, especially sidewalks and road," he expressed, Monday (8/6).

It will be focused on two venues and two training grounds. Those are Pondok Indah Golf and Bulungan GOR for volleyball venue.

While for training grounds are Soemantri Brojonegoro GOR and Ragunan GOR.

"Personnel will be placed at venue points, training sites and accommodation. About public order, we'll secure all," he exclaimed.

He is also ready to anticipate crime action such as pickpocketing and mugging. This was according to the request from INASGOC, the organizing committee of the Asian Games.
