Here are Names of Torch Runners in South Jakarta

We prepare 10 runners and 10 other runners are from dept

The Asian Games torch relay participants will pass in South Jakarta today.

Eventually the ex-athletes, businessmen and artists will join and become eternal fire carriers brought in directly from India.

South Jakarta Youth and Sports Sub-dept. Head, Eko Puji Haryanto stated there are at least 20 runners. Yet his sub-dept. was only asked to prepare 10 runners. While the remaining 10 runners were prepared by INASGOC.

"We prepare 10 runners and 10 other runners are from dept. There are only nine that have been approved to carry the torch," he expressed, on the sidelines of torch relay rehearsal, Tuesday (8/14). 

Those runners are namely Kusdiana Adi (ex-sailboat athlete), Ade Novriza (ex-Taekwondo athlete), and Shenny Ratna Amelia (ex-long jump athlete).

There are also Nunung Jayadi (ex-pole vault athlete), Samsul Anwar Harahap (ex-boxing athlete), Christian Hadinata (ex-badminton athlete), David Jacob (ex-table tennis athlete), Anindya Bakrie (an entrepreneur and Chairperson of 2018 PBRI), and Anjasmara (actor).

Previously, in the proposal at province level, Rudi Hartono was listed to carry a torch in South Jakarta. 

“Yet its name was corrected, as he would join the national level activities at the State Palace. So we changed him," he stated.
