Four RPTRAs construction in Central Jakarta has entered general procurement plan review (RUP) this year. RPTRA is targeted to be completed by the end of this year.

"We are still processing it. Now it has entered general procurement review (RUP) in auction and procurement unit (ULP). Hopefully auction result could be announced soon," stated Edi Suryaman, Central Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement, Thursday (8/23).
Four RPTRA lands are located on Jalan H. Murtado, Paseban Urban Village with 334 square meters wide; on Jalan Rawasari Barat, Cempaka Putih Timur Urban Village with 975 square meters land; Jalan Pasar Senen Dalam VII, Senen Urban Village with 951 square meters land; then Jalan Percetakan Negara V, Rawasari Urban Village with 500 square meters land.
