Since January up to August, around 706 units of portable fire extinguisher (Apar) have been distributed to RT/RW in East Jakarta.

According to Edi Parwoko, Section Head of Prevention for East Jakarta Fire and Rescue Sub-dept., Apar distribution is carried out on RW apparatuses in 10 sub-districts. Afterwards, it will be continued to each RT.
