Two Pump Houses will Be Built in C. Jakarta

Central Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept. builds two pump houses in Cempaka Putih and Menteng.

Current progress has entered physical construction of pump house

Those water pump houses are included in this year's auction result for development package which construction is started in this September.

"There are two construction phases. Current progress has entered physical construction of pump house. After it is done, it will be continued with pumps installation," explained Fajar Avisena, Central Jakarta SDA Sub-dept.'s Development Section Head, Saturday (9/22).

He informed, one pump house will be built on Jalan Cempaka Putih Tengah, Cempaka Putih. His side plans to install three pumps with capacity 500 liters per second that will drain water to Utan Kayu River.

Meanwhile his side plans to install two pumps with capacity 250 liters per second in Menteng pump house that will be built on Jalan Penataran, Pegangsaan. Those pumps will drain water to Ciliwung Lama River next to RSCM.

"Total construction budget is Rp 12.6 billion. We target it to complete in November," he said.
