It is conducted through study stages, selection process, and review, as mandated in Government Regulation on Goods/Services Procurement Policy (LKPP) Number 11/2018 on Electronic Catalog.

After signing, the next stage is the e-Purchasing process carried out by PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) through the portal at https://e-katalog.lkpp.go.id.
"BPPBJ has a role in determining its own estimated price and accompanying the procurement process correctly," he told.
He added that the use of the electronic catalog system also refers to Presidential Regulation Number 16/2018 on Government Goods/Service Procurement.
"Today we have signed the contract and will be aired on LKPP catalog," he said.
