"Residents need to change their behavior by practicing a clean and hygiene life through STBM program. Stop throwing excrement into the river or water channel," he affirmed, Tuesday (9/25).

In order to solve the problem, he stated, communal toilet program is needed in all densely populated areas.

"One septic tank can be used by many houses to prevent them from throwing excrement into river," he added.

Unfortunately, communal toilet program is still hampered due to limited available land. Thus his side hopes any resident who has a vacant land to be willing to release the land for communal toilet program realization.
