Kampung Kunir Shelter's Facilities and Infrastructures Checked

Jakarta Provincial Government monitors Kampung Kunir shelter, Pinangsia, Taman Sari, West Jakarta to check its facilities and infrastructures, Wednesday (3/10).

All is clear and we have completed its facilities

In this monitoring, apparatuses check painting work on retaining wall, trash bins and lighting in shelter.

"All is clear and we have completed its facilities," mentioned Dhany Sukma, Head of Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Dept.

Meanwhile, Taman Sari Sub-district Head, Firmanudin stated, his side has coordinated with related institutions to install PJU lamps. "We have prepared 26 locations for PJU lamps installation along Jalan Kunir thus it can light the road at night," he mentioned.

Manison, one of Kunir shelter occupants said, water drainage is needed to be built in public kitchen area. Because currently, 33 families who occupy Kunir shelter still cooking in outdoor since they don't have kitchen area.

"We want public kitchen to be equipped with water drainage because rainwater could enter the kitchen," he mentioned.
