176 Donors Distribute Aid Through Relief Post at City Hall

It has been noted that around 176 donors have distributed logistic aid through the relief post for earthquake and tsunami victims in Central Sulawesi.

Logistic aid that we received are such as clothing, medicines, complementary foods, diapers, mineral water, toiletries, prayer equipment, sandals, underwear, groceries, and packaged rice meals

Febriana Tambunan, Section Head of Public Service for General Bureau Leadership Ceremony Supplies stated that most donors are from students, college students, companies, and state civil apparatus (ASN).

"Logistic aid that we received are such as clothing, medicines, complementary foods, diapers, mineral water, toiletries, prayer equipment, sandals, underwear, groceries, and packaged rice meals," he expressed, Monday (10/8).

City Response Team Continues to Send Logistic Aid to Palu

Especially on Sunday (10/7), aid received was in the form of 1 ton of rice, 100 boxes of instant noodles, 50 boxes of pop noodles, and cash by Rp 5,900,000.

"As planned, all of them will be sent to Central Sulawesi on October 10, 2018 through the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. We'll cooperate with Indonesian air force (TNI-AU)," he stated.

As for the information, Jakarta Provincial Government facilitates the relief posts that are managed by Jakarta PMI, Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT), and Dompet Dhuafa since October 2, 2018.

Those posts are set up to facilitate all donors who want to provide humanitarian aid to victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Central Sulawesi.
