5,959 LED SS Lamps Installed in Duren Sawit

5,959 Light Emiting Diode Smart System (LED SS) streetlights have been installed in Duren Sawit Sub-district, East Jakarta. Until November, it is targeted to install 9,539 lamps in total.

East Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept.'s Monitoring and Controlling Section Head, Maryono said, LED SS lamps are installed to replace existing High Pressure Sodium (HPS) lamps. His side installed 40-watt lamps on environment roads and 90-watt on connecting roads.

"We will install 9,539 LED SS lamps in Duren Sawit Sub-district. Currently we have installed 5,959 lamps or 62 percent. Installation is targeted to complete in November," he stated while installing lamps on Jalan Tutul Pondok Bambu, Monday (10/15).

LED Lamps at Transjakarta Bus Corridor XIII Installed

According to him, LED SS lamps installation in Duren Sawit is not yet done since August because his side focuses in Asian Games and Asian Para Games events first.
