PT Transjakarta-Polda Metro Jaya Signs Partnership MoU

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) along with Polda Metro Jaya, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) related with partnership.
The points of agreement contained in this MoU, are Transjakarta lane breakers controlling, Transjakarta area security, exchange of data and information, up to education and training
MoU was directly signed by PT Transjakarta President Director, Budi Kaliwono along with Polda Metro Jaya Community Development Director, Comr. Pol. Sambodo Purnomo Yogo.
"The points of agreement contained in this MoU, are Transjakarta lane breakers controlling, Transjakarta area security, exchange of data and information, up to education and training," expressed Budi Kaliwono, President Director of PT Transjakarta, Wednesday (10/17).

His party is also trying to launch 35-minute travel service to the south to the central, namely Rawa Buaya-Harmoni, Pulogadung-Tosari and Rawamangun-Sudirman routes.
"We're optimistic it can be realized by cooperating with Polda Metro Jaya for succeeding the program of bus rapid transit (BRT)," he stated.
Polda Metro Jaya Community Guidance Director, Comr. Pol. Sambodo Purnomo Yogo, appreciated the increasing number of Transjakarta passengers that is supported by the service aspect and the bus rate in aftermath of Transjakarta lane sterilization from private vehicles.
"As a result, the private vehicle user has gradually moved to public transportation," he said.
