3,600 Sacks Full of Mud Transported From Water Channels in Kembangan

Kembangan Water Resources (SDA) Unit, West Jakarta, clean up four water channels in the area. This unit dredges mud and garbage on the channels to optimize its capacity.

We have transported around 3,600 sacks of mud in total

Kembangan SDA Unit Head, Mulyadi stated, dredging is done in four locations. Those are PHB channel at Komplek DPA Meruya Selatan, Komplek KPAD Joglo, Jalan Meruya Utara and Jalan Jeruk Elok, RW 04 Srengseng.

"Total length of those four channels is about 1.8 kilometers with width 60 centimeters-two meters," he informed, Monday (11/5).

He explained, mud sedimentation in four channels has thickness for about 30-40 centimeters. "We have transported around 3,600 sacks of mud in total," he a dded.
