DPRD Chairman Wants Sentiong River to Be Normalized

Jakarta DPRD Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi wants Jakarta Government to open plastic mesh (waring) and normalize Sentiong River, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

I want that river to be normalized immediately

"I want that river to be normalized immediately," he mentioned in meeting to review KUA-PPAS 2019 further with Water Resources (SDA) Dept. at DPRD Commission D Meeting Room, Monday (11/5).

Sentiong River in Serdang to Have Sheetpile

According to him, Sentiong River is smelly due to mud sedimentation. As the result, it causes the capacity becomes limited to accommodate water from channels

"After normalization, smell from that river will also disappear," he said.
