Anies Explains About Jakarta's Development to The 12th LAP Singapore Delegations

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan explained about condition and development in Jakarta, started from social condition, clean water access, education, waste management, and City 4.0 concept to The 12th Leaders in Administration Programme (LAP) delegations from Singapore.

There are many things that can be shared and learned between Singapore and Jakarta

He said, purpose of this delegation visit is to exchange knowledge and share experience about challenges faced by Jakarta as a dynamic developed city. Besides, those delegations also want to know about Jakarta's potentials and policies in Jakarta.

"I use this chance to explain more and share anything to them. I am also happily answer their questions. Together we can learn each other since challenges in Jakarta and Singapore are surely different," he conveyed, Wednesday (11/7).

According to him, Singapore and Indonesia, especially Jakarta which is located in Southeast Asia become the center of economic activities. Thus both sides are supposed to cooperate.

"There are many things that can be shared and learned between Singapore and Jakarta," he expressed.

Singapore Ambassador to Indonesia, Anil Kumar Nayar said, a better way to learn more about a country's policies and territories is to visit the country itself for exchanging experiences.

"Visiting Indonesia is a must. We always think about the best way to use opportunity during delegation time to learn, as well as efforts to make friends and understand most of what is happening," he stated.
