"Around 4 AM, a car hit the water pipe and it caused a leak," he said, Wednesday (11/21).
His side has coordinated with Palyja to repair the leaking water pipe on Jalan Raya Kembangan.
"We also coordinate with police and West Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. to control the traffic flow around Jalan Raya Kembangan," he explained.
