In this operation, 40 joint personnel consist of East Jakarta Vehicle Taxes and Vehicle-Ownership Transfer Fee (PKB and BBNKB) Services Unit, Samsat, Satwil Lantas, Jasa Raharja, and Bank DKI.
East Jakarta PKB and BBNKB Services Unit Head, Iwan Syaefudin stated, this operation is done to optimize vehicle taxes payment.
55 Tax Arrears Vehicles in North Jakarta Netted"Vehicle tax operation is very effective to net vehicle owners who haven't paid vehicle tax. So, we will intensify this operation thus delinquent tax payers can settle their obligations," he explained.
He is optimistic to achieve 75 percent of total Rp 400 billion target from intensifying vehicle tax operation. While the overall vehicle tax revenue target for this year is Rp 2.7 trillion.
