South Jakarta Vehicle Tax and Vehicle-Ownership Transfer Fee Service Unit (UP PKB and BBNKB) extends its operational hour at Samsat offices during vehicle tax administrative sanction removal period.

Usually we are opened at 8 AM-4 PM on Monday-Friday, but during this period we close until 5 PM. While on Saturday, we usually close at 1 PM, but in this period we close at 3 PM

South Jakarta UP PKB and BBNKB Head, Khairil Anwar explained, it is one of Jakarta Government policies that gives a chance for taxpayers who have vehicle tax arrears. This vehicle tax administrative sanction removal program is valid from November 15 to December 15.

"Operational hour is added during administrative sanction removal period. Usually we are opened at 8 AM-4 PM on Monday-Friday, but during this period we close until 5 PM. While on Saturday, we usually close at 1 PM, but in this period we close at 3 PM ," he informed at Samsat Polda Metro Jaya office, Monday (12/3).

He admitted, there is additional operational hour to handle increase on vehicle tax administration that reaches 200 percent per day compared to normal day. "We deploy 10 computers for taxpayers to fill e-form in order to pay their vehicle taxes. Three computers on first floor, three computers on second floor, and four computers on fourth floor," he conveyed.

Samsat offices under South Jakarta UP PKB and BBNKB coordination are located at Gandaria City Mall, Kuningan Public Service Mall, Blok M Square, Polda Metro Jaya Central Samsat, Pasar Minggu Sub-district, mobile Samsat car, and Samsat offices in Serpong, Cinere, Cikokol, Bekasi, and Depok.
