Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan took his time to collect the aspiration of the Transjakarta bus passengers while riding the bus from Otista GOR Stop to Cililitan (PGC) Wholesale Center, East Jakarta.

He also expressed that the bus was pretty comfortable.
"In future, bus without separator needs to become our concern," he stated.
He advised all officers from PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) to provide optimal service to the public.
"The guard staff must also be alert. The special bus lane must be ensured to be sterile from other vehicles," he stressed.
