Jakarta Provincial Government is currently building an android application which will be used to accommodate citizens’ aspirations and complaints relating to trash piles, street vendors, damaged roads, security issues, et cetera.
If everything went well, the application can already be used by android users in upcoming December
“The application is similar to SafetiPin. The difference is that the reports in our application become ours,” stated Head of Jakarta Communication, Informatics and Public Relations Department, Bambang Setyowidodo, Monday (8/11).
According to Setyowidodo, the application can be downloaded on Google Playstore later. By installing the application, people can know about the condition of certain locations which will be marked with colored symbols.
