Pulogadung UP PKB Obtains ISO 9001-2015 Certification

Pulogadung Vehicle Testing Service Unit (UP PKB), East Jakarta obtains ISO 9001-2015 certification from National Accreditation Committee (KAN). This ISO certification is obtained because of its Service Quality Management System.

Pulogadung UP PKB Administration Head, Fatchuri mentioned, this achievement encourages his unit to improve their service quality. Especially, service performance in his unit will be monitored until the next six months.

"Since we get ISO 9001-2015 certification, we will improve our quality in giving periodic vehicle service test in Jakarta," he asserted, Saturday (12/15).

He also asked all his subordinates to maintain Service Quality Management System of ISO 9001-2015 by improving their service quality.

"ISO certification that we got will be re-audited per six months. So, if our service standard is declining, maybe we will get an evaluation or even certificate revocation," he conveyed.

According to him, there are several factors that affect the acquisition of this ISO certification. Such as competent human resources (SDM), high integrity, and IT system.

"Including service, whether it is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or vice versa," he stated.
