West Jakarta to See Eight Compactor Dump Trucks

The West Jakarta Environment Sub-department is about to add eight dump trucks type compactor this year in a bid to maximize garbage transportation.

"If it is realized, we will have 44 trucks that operate in eight sub-districts," said West Jakarta Environment Sub-department Head, Edi Mulyanto, Monday (1/24).

The compactor truck was chosen, as it is very environmentally friendly and able to reduce rotten smell that comes out or garbage water that drips during transportation process.

"It also has a larger capacity than the other truc ks," he said.
