Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya accelerates Sarana Square construction on Jalan Tebet Barat IV, South Jakarta. This building will be built using mixed-use concept.

Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director, Yoory C. Pinontoan said, Sarana Square will be built with five floors on 2,988 square meters land with total budget Rp 68,551,000,000.

According to the master plan, this Sarana Square building will have six floors in total, including basement that will be used for office and retail.
"We will offer this unit to anyone who want to rent it as an office or culinary business. While its operational hour is 8.30 AM-10 PM," he stated.
