PT. Transjakarta opens Tanah Abang-Blok M route that operates every day from 5 AM-10 PM.

"First, we will deploy five Metrotrans buses to serve Tanah Abang-Blok M route," conveyed Daud Joseph, Transjakarta Operational Director, Tuesday (1/22).
Transjakarta Provides Special Services toward Tourist SitesAccording to him, Metrotrans bus can accommodate 68 passengers with total 41 seats. There are also one wheel chair and ramp near bus entrance for wheelchair user's access.
"Metrotrans also has low-floor design for passengers comfort when entering or exit the bus," he added.
It is equipped with two 29-inch wide screen televisions and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) to monitor situation inside and outside the bus.
Tanah Abang-Blok M route connects with another Transjakarta buses with different routes, such as Corridor 1, 1C, 1E, 1K, 6M, 6N,7B, 8D, 8E, 9H, 13A, B13 and Jak Lingko transportation in route JAK 07, JAK 10, JAK 11, JAK 12 and JAK 14.
"This new route will facilitate people to reach other public transportation which are safe, feasible, and affordable. This route is the right transport solution," he said.
