Meanwhile, each urban village that receives motor cart should be responsible for its maintenance.
"First one year is still under sole agent's responsibility to do its maintenance," he informed.
According to him, 184 motor carts have been distributed to 56 urban villages and 8 sub-districts in 2018. Each urban village receives 3 units and each sub-district receives 2 units.
"West Jakarta Environment Sub-department handles 186 motor carts' maintenance, including its fuel consumption," he stated.
