Joint Personnel Prepared to Conduct Lintas Jaya 2019 Operation

Monday (2/11), 250 joint personnel from Jakarta Transportation Department (Dishub), Police, and TNI gathered to hold morning assembly of Lintas Jaya 2019 Operation at IRTI Monas, Gambir, Central Jakarta. It is also attended by Jakarta Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda) officers.

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan who acts as the instructor in this assembly said, Lintas Jaya Operation is important to make Jakarta to be in order and neat in realizing good traffic. Besides, it also gives huge impact for the safety of public transport users.
167 Vehicles in East Jakarta Netted During Lintas Jaya Operation"This operation is also done to minimize traffic accident," he stated after symbolically pin the ribbon to the representative officers from Dishub, TNI and Police.
He assessed, Lintas Jaya Operation should be done routinely each year. This year, his side also plans to socialize Five Pillars of the National General Safety Plan to the public.
"I am optimistic, all officers could give their best in improving road users' compliance. I want you to be persuasive, polite, take humanistic approach, and respect their rights thus vehicle operation could run well for both sides," he mentioned.
Meanwhile, Acting Jakarta Dishub Head (Plt), Sigit Widjatmoko informed, vehicle operation would be done on several roads in Jakarta and terminals.
