Tanjong Timur Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) in Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Island Sub-district is used by the locals as playground and education facility for their children. It is opened from 6 AM to 9.30 PM.

Panggang Island Urban Village Head, Yulihardi conveyed, there are about 250 people who visit Tanjung Timur RPTRA every weekend.

Children usually play at futsal field in afternoon and Sunday morning while housewives take their toddlers to the playground. There are also storytelling competition, coloring competition for children, and other positive activities for teenager and adult.
