The Water Management Evaluation Team led by City Secretary, Saefullah has conveyed recommendation to Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan related to water management in the capital.
Anies said that recommendation in question is about Jakarta Provincial Government to take over water management from the private party.

His party wants to optimize clean water service, as its need is very prioritized.
"Further technical steps will be carried out in accordance with the spirit of the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 85/2013 and Government Regulation Number 122/2015 on Water Supply System," he stated.
In the meantime, Water Management Evaluation Team Member, Nila Ardhianie expressed that it has been through a comprehensive study, including the relation to the agreement, which was made by PT Pam Lyonnaise Jaya (Palyja) and PT Aetra Air Jakarta.
"We conduct studies through legal aspect, economic, as well as optimization and sustainability of clean water in Jakarta," she uttered.
As for the information, the Water Management Team formation is listed in Governor's Decree Number 1149/2018.
Besides government, this team also involves professionals namely, Law at Airlangga University Professor, Frans Limahelu, Center for Regulation, Policy and Governance (CRPG) directors, Mohammad Mova Al'Afghani, and Tatak Ujiyati.
