West Jakarta, 2,950 LED SS Lamps Targeted to Be Installed Until October

West Jakarta Industry and Energy (PE) Sub-department is targeting to install 2,950 LED Smart System (SS) street light (PJU) lamps until this October.

It could take about more than three months to install PJU lamps in 2,950 locations

"We have replaced more than 53 thousand HPS lamps into LED SS lamps in 2018. LED SS installation has been done since 2016 in eight sub-districts," informed Ery Ghazali, West Jakarta PE Sub-department Head, Monday (2/18).

Procurement of 36,305 LED Lamps will Be Proceed

In order to follow up resident's request through Musrenbang 2018, his side plans to install new PJU lamps this year. First, his side needs to wait for lamp procurement auction which is handled by Jakarta PE Department until this June.

"It could take about more than three months to install PJU lamps in 2,950 locations. Thus, we are targeting at least this October all the lamps have been i nstalled,"  he estimated.
