BPAD Asked to Intensify City's Assets Monitoring

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission A wants Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) to be more focus on protecting Jakarta Government's land assets before being taken over by irresponsible parties.

Commission A Secretary, Syarif stated, BPAD should be more accurate in registering all Jakarta Government's assets to prevent it from being occupied by the other parties.

City's Land Assets Fencing in N. Jakarta Has Reached 85 Percent

"Government land asset should be fenced off, installed with signpost, and controlled routinely to prevent illegal building occupies the land," he asserted in Jakarta DPRD building, Jl. Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, Monday (2/18).

He assessed, BPAD needs to complete asset's registration document with purchase letter and clear information data.
