Automated Ticketing System Training Given to MRT Employees

PT. MRT Jakarta trained MRT Station managers and staffs about automated ticketing system at Lebak Bulus MRT Station. It includes how to use ticket vending machines, top-up machines, passenger doors and ticket machines with counters.

They are not only trained how to use those machines

"They are not only trained how to use those machines but also to do daily closing stages and revenue handling," stated Muhammad Kamaluddin, PT. MRT Jakarta's Corporate Secretary Division Head, Wednesday (2/27).

Anies Wants to Consult with Jakarta DPRD Regarding MRT Operational

According to him, it is important for every station employees, including managers and staffs to understand well the automated ticketing system, including system workflows and machine operating procedures.
