Thursday (2/28), Pinrang Regency Council (DPRD) conducted work visit to Jakarta DPRD to learn about draft bylaws (Raperda) for Coastal Reclamation Activities Management.

Pinrang DPRD Commission 1 Vice Chairman, Ariansyah stated, there is reclamation case in Pinrang Regency thus his side wants to know how to process draft bylaws for Coastal Reclamation Activities Management.

According to him, there are illegal activities near the reclamation location since the regulation is not yet completed.
"Thus we hope this work visit can help us to know about clear legal regulation for reclamation," he added.
Jakarta DPRD's Draft Bylaws Secretariat Sub-division Head, Nur Achmad mentioned, currently Jakarta legislative and executive are still reviewing further about coastal reclamation draft bylaws.
