It has been noted that around 357 malfunctioned streetlights in six sub-districts in North Jakarta have been repaired from January until February. But most malfunctions are in Cilincing Sub-district with 147 points. 

We have received 196 reports in January and 188 reports in February. Most reports are via telephone with 134 points

Repair is conducted after receiving locals' report through telephone hotline, qlue, crop, smart system and SMS/Whatsapp, including field supervisor.

Thus far those sub-districts already have 38,628 points of streetlight. They are streetlight on Jalan MHT (40 watts) at 17,575 points, streetlight on neighborhood street (90 watts) at 13,242 points, streetlight on collector street (120 watts) at 5,540 points, and streetlight on artery street (200 watts) at 2,271 points. 

Most reported complaints are such as disconnected lamp, panel damage, network short circuit.

"Our handling response is not up to 1 x 24 hours, yet we handle it within one to two hours," he stated.
