"We are really supporting this plan. Moreover, its distribution could reach Harapan Island," mentioned Neneng Hasanah, member of Commission D, Thursday (3/14).

According to her, three SWRO units can overcome clean water crisis in Thousand Islands, especially in those three islands.

Other Commission D member, Yusriah Dzinnun also agreed with this plan. She assessed, residents in Lancang Island, Tidung Island, and Kelapa Island are still depending on other islands to get clean water supply. Thus she considered SWRO installation can fulfill residents needs of clean water.

"We hope government can start this project massively and continuously thus they can fulfill Thousand Island residents needs of clean water needs," she stated.
