40 representatives of seven urban villages in Kebon Jeruk Sub-district took part in food and beverage business training on Monday (4/22).

West Jakarta Industry and Energy (PE) Sub-department's Industry Section Head, Deny Listiantoro explained, this training is a part of integrated entrepreneurship development (PKT) training program that will be conducted until Thursday (4/25) at Sukabumi Utara Urban Village Hall, West Jakarta.
Prospective Entrepreneurs Participated in Four PKT Trainings in Sawah Besar"On the first day, we will motivate the participants and teach them how to compile the reports and to cook black pepper beef stir-fry dish," he said.
One of RT 05 RW 13 Kebon Jeruk Urban Village residents, Sri Prihartini (40) said, she participates in this program to gain knowledge in making financial report and cooking dishes that is similar to hotel.
"I hope this training program can encourage me to build my own restaurant," she mentioned.
