418 Elderly Cards Distributed to Kramatjati

418 elderly cards were distributed to elderly people in 10 sub-districts that spread in East Jakarta. 

For today we have 3,527 cards and will be shared gradually

"It is conducted at Kramat Jati Sub-district office," expressed East Jakarta Secretary, Usmayadi, Thursday (4/25).

It referred to Gubernatorial Regulation No. 193/2017 on Social Aid Distribution for Elderly. "Each receiver will get cash aid by Rp 600,000 per month. For today we have 3,527 cards and will be shared gradually," he told.

East Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Purwono added that total number of receivers in his region was 12,094 people. 

"It is intended for elderly people aged 60 years old or older and who do not have a regular income every month," he told.

One of card receivers, Soemidi Josomijo (70) admitted that it was very helpful and would use it for daily living needs.

"Thanks God, it is very helpful us," he stated.
