Ramadan, One-Stop Public Service Opened As Usual

The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency would remain open services normally during Ramadan from 7.30 AM-4 PM for Monday until Thursday and 7.30 AM-4.30 PM for Friday.

Jakarta PM and PTSP Agency Head, Benni Aguscandra expressed that it is accordance with Jakarta Governor's decree number 732/2019 concerning working hours in Ramadan 2019/1430 Hijri.

It is followed up to all service points at levels of city, regency, sub-district, and urban village through PM and PTSP Agency's Circular Letter number 7/SE/2019 concerning service hours in Ramadan 2019 M/1440 Hijri under Jakarta PM and PTSP Agency.

"We do our duty of fulfilling the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen for best public service in Jakarta," he expressed, Tuesday (5/7).

Nevertheless, it is still adjusting the effective working hours for employees during Ramadan, which is at least 32.5 hours per week in accordance with the laws and regulations.

"Through a commitment of heartfelt trust and dedication, we give provide best service to the public," he uttered.

So, his side is committed to serve residents with the last queue number, even though they have passed the service operational hours.
