SME Product Bazaar Enlivens Bedug Festival in Pasar Minggu

To enliven Bedug Festival, the Pasar Minggu Sub-district's Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (KUKMP) Executing Unit is opening a SME product bazaar, Wednesday (5/15). It opens at 9 AM-6 PM.

"We have 15 free tents for coached SMEs, puskesmas, karang taruna youth organization and PKK cadres," expressed Pasar Minggu Sub-district KUKMP Executing Unit Head, Ferdinand Renald.

Thousand Islands to Hold Bedug Festival

The products offered are fashion, crafts and culinary, especially food for breaking the fast or takjil.

Pasar Minggu Sub-district Head, Agus Irwanto uttered that Bedug Festival will be held at 3-6 PM. There will be seven teams that will compete.

"Our goal is to enliven or inflame the meaning of takbir 'praise God' and preserve the culture and movement to love the mosque," he said.
